ALL REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS MUST BE RECEIVED VIA U.S. POSTAL MAIL. Phone calls and electronic messages will be directed to send a letter requesting a refund. Your request should include your contact information including phone number, donation date, and reason for request. You may be contacted for further information. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
